ധനകാര്യവകുപ്പിന്റെ GO(P)No.153/2021/Fin 23/11/2021 ഉത്തരവിന്‍ പ്രകാരം എല്ലാ ജീവനക്കാരുടേയും നവംബര്‍ മാസത്തേ ശമ്പളത്തില്‍ നിന്ന് Group Personal Accident Insurance Scheme ( GPAIS ) പിടിക്കണമെന്ന് ഉത്തരവായിട്ടുണ്ട്. .ഉത്തരവും മറ്റ് വിവരങ്ങളും
ഡൌണ്‍ലോഡ്സില്‍.....
All
DDOs authenticated to draw and disburse salary of employees should
deduct the premium from the salary of all categories of employees
included in the scheme for the month of November 2021 payable in
December 2021.
എല്ലാ ജീവനക്കാരിൽ നിന്നും GPAIS Nomination വാങ്ങി file ചെയ്യുക.. (Nomination Excel Format ഡൌണ്‍ലോഡ്സില്‍ നല്‍കിയിടുണ്ട് )
(SB യിൽ ഒട്ടിക്കേണ്ടതില്ല, എല്ലാ വർഷവും പുതിയ നോമിനേഷൻ നൽകേണ്ടതിനാൽ അത് file ചെയ്‌താൽ മതി, SB യിൽ ഒട്ടിച്ചാൽ ഓരോ വർഷവും മാറ്റി പുതിയത് വയ്‌ക്കേണ്ടി വരും, എന്നാൽ Nomination file ചെയ്ത കാര്യം SB Running entry യിൽ വരുത്തണം.)
NOV മാസത്തെ salary യിൽ നിന്ന് GPAIS deduction നടത്തിയ ശേഷം അത് SB യിൽ running entry വരുത്തുക.
Foreign Service/LWA/Suspension / ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണത്താൽ ശമ്പളം നൽകാൻ കഴിയാത്തവർ എന്നിവരുടേത് നേരിട്ട് ചലാൻ വഴി GPAIS ൻ്റെ Schedule (in Triplicate) സഹിതം ട്രഷറിയിൽ അടക്കുക.( 31-12-2021 നകം ) ഇത് DDO യുടെ ഉത്തരവാദിത്വമാണ് .Head of Account 8658-102-88-suspense account-GPAI Fund
GPAIS Certificate ( To be written on the bill) Currently not required but can be used by those in need
Certified that the amount of GPAIS Rs.500 (Five Hundred Rupees Only) has been deducted from the Salary of Each Employee for the Month of November 2021 and the Same has noted in SB as per Order No. GO(P)No. 153/2021/Fin Dated. 23/11/2021
