Paperless bill for Salary claim of July 2020

Adhoc arrangement for paperless bill for salary claim of July 2020 by all departments - extension Orders issued  - GO (P) No. 97/2020/Fin Dated 23-07-2020

DDOs would ensure that the copies of the inner/outer bills downloaded from SPARK are to be e-mailed to the treasuries concerned. The file names of such attachments should be the 10 digit "DDO code" and the subject of the e-mail as "salary bill for 7/2020-DDO code". for easy identification by Treasury officials.

The list of e-mail ids of treasuries would be appended to this order.

As per the G.0 read fist paper above, paperless bill system was introduced on pilotbasis for the monthly salary bills of Finance and Treasury Departments fiom 10120 19 onwards.
In continuation of the same, now Government are pleased to extend the paperless bill system for monthly salary bills of the following departments for the salary bills of 712020 onwards.
Archeology, Archives, Chemical Examiner's Jab, Commissionerate of entrance exams, Culture, Election, State insurance, National Savings, GWD, State Audit dept, MuseumkZoo,Sainik welhre, ARC, KWC and GST Dept.
Director of Treasuries and SPARK PMU are hereby directed to make immediatenecessary arrangements to hcilitate for the smooth transaction of online, digttally authenticated, paperless monthly salary biUs ofthese departments fiom 712020 onwards.

ബില്ലുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കുമ്പോൾ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കേണ്ട ചില പ്രധാന മാർഗ്ഗ  നിർദ്ദേശങ്ങൾ

 1. ഇത് 07-2020 ശമ്പള ബില്ലിന് മാത്രം ബാധകം

2. ബില്ലിന്റെ Inner /outer അതാത് ട്രഷറികൾക്ക് Email ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം.

3. അയക്കുന്ന ബില്ലുകളുടെ File Name 10 digit "DDO code" ഉം അയക്കുന്ന   Email ന്റെ Subject"_Salary Bill for the Month of  7/2020 -DDO code " എന്നുമായിരിക്കണം.

4. എല്ലാ ട്രഷറികളുടെയും Email ID ഈ പേജില്‍ നല്‍കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്
