Government vide reference cited (G.O.(P) No: 69/20 19IFin dated 20/06/20 19 ) have accorded sanction to introduce e-bill book and to dispense with physical bill book with effect from 01/07/2019 as part of implementation of IFMS.
New e-bill book is a DDO wise system generated report which contains the details of all the bill based treasury transactions of the DDOs during the financial year.
e-bill book will be available in BiMS application from where DDO can view, {generate report in PDF format and also can take print out of the report
In the circumstances, the following guidelines are to be strictly adhered to in the treasuries for the smooth roll out of the new system.
1. No new bill book will be issued from treasuries to any DDO henceforth, for submitting bills to treasury.
2. No bill book is required for submitting Physical bills to treasury and treasuries should accept bill in treasuries without insisting for bill books and token may be issued after recording the details in the physical token register.
3. The new system will be applicable to all DDOs which include DDO submitting bill from EMLI application and LSGD system also.
4. Treasury Officers should instruct and help the DDOs to dispense with the practice of physical bill book and to make use of the new facility of e bill book invariably from the next month onwards.

താഴേക്ക്‌ വന്ന ഡ്രോപ്പ് ഡൌണ്‍ മെനുവില്‍ e Bill Book എന്ന ലിങ്കില്‍ ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യുക
തുടര്‍ന്ന് വന്ന പേജില്‍ Bill Received Year ,Bill Received (Period From) Bill Received (Period To) എന്നിവ കാണാം ,വേണ്ട വിവരങ്ങള്‍ നല്‍കി View എന്ന ബട്ടണില്‍ ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യുക .അപ്പോള്‍ Form TR 74(A) എന്ന പേജ് തുറന്ന് വരും
ഈ പേജിന്‍റെ വലത് വശത്ത് Print PDF എന്ന ലിങ്ക് കാണാം അതില്‍ ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്താല്‍ പേജിന്‍റെ PDF പതിപ്പ് ലഭിക്കും പ്രിന്‍റ് /സേവ് ചെയ്യാം.
